With a 2:1 glucose to fructose ratio, Performance utilises a dual energy delivery system, ensuring athletes absorb and deliver a maximal amount of energy in each serve. Designed for a quick digesting 60g carbohydrate serve, Performance is the ultimate liquid energy system to fuel ultra endurance events, as well as prolonged training and workouts.

Inside the Formula
Inside each scoop of Trainade Performance is our signature electrolyte blend includes Sodium Citrate, Calcium Citrate, Potassium Chloride, Magnesium Citrate alongside the performance blend and 30g of carbohydrate per scoop with Maltodextren and Sucrose.
Maltodextrin
A complex carbohydrate derived from corn, maltodextrin provides a quick and easily digestible energy source. It’s rapidly absorbed, helping to maintain blood glucose levels and fuel working muscles during prolonged exercise. In this formula, it supports sustained energy delivery without causing stomach discomfort.
Sucrose
Sucrose is a carbohydrate made of one glucose and one fructose molecule in a naturally occurring 2:1 glucose-to-fructose ratio which is optimal for efficient energy absorption. This balance allows the body to utilise multiple transport pathways in the gut, maximising carbohydrate uptake, sustaining endurance performance, and reducing the risk of gastrointestinal discomfort. It provides smooth, fast energy delivery for both short and long training sessions.
Natural Flavour Electrolyte Blend
A precise combination of sodium citrate, calcium citrate, potassium chloride, and magnesium citrate formulated to replace the key electrolytes lost through sweat. These minerals maintain hydration, muscle contraction, and nerve function, while citrate salts enhance fluid absorption and buffer acidity for improved performance in heat or prolonged exercise.
Citric Acid
Naturally occurring in citrus fruits, citric acid sharpens flavour and helps stabilise the drink’s pH. It also plays a role in the body’s Krebs (citric acid) cycle, supporting efficient energy metabolism and improving electrolyte solubility for rapid absorption.
Steviol Glycosides (Stevia)
A natural, plant-derived sweetener extracted from the Stevia rebaudiana leaf. It provides clean sweetness without added sugar or calories, helping to enhance taste without affecting osmolarity or energy delivery.

How do I use Trainade Performance?
Performance was designed to deliver a 60g serve of carbs with 500 ml of water.
The Performance Scoop has been intentionally designed to fit training flasks and water bottles without any spillover.
2 Scoops = 30g Carbs
4 Scoops = 60g Carbs
6 Scoops = 90g Carbs
Mix two to six scoops (36–108 g) in 500 ml of water depending on your individual fuelling goals.
For training under an hour, two scoops is ideal. For long runs, rides, or high-intensity sessions, use four to six scoops to supply 60–90 g of carbohydrate per hour, the range proven to maximise endurance and maintain performance.
Can I take Trainade Performance every day?
Yes, we encourage you to use Trainade Performance as part of your daily training routine to help train your gut to best handle fuel during your event/competition.
It’s formulated with a balanced carbohydrate-electrolyte ratio that supports energy, hydration, and gut comfort, even with consistent use. Many athletes use it both during sessions and post-training to help refuel glycogen and rehydrate effectively.
Is Trainade Performance vegan and allergen-free?
Yes, Trainade Performance is vegan-friendly and free from gluten, dairy, soy, and common allergens.
It’s made in a facility that also processes nuts, so while cross-contamination is highly unlikely, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider if you have severe allergies.
